customizing rg-470

i just purchased 2 identical white f-spaced dimarzio paf pro's for my ibanez rg-470. i was curious if anyone has done dual paf pros in their ibanez and if so how does it sound? i am in love with the paf pro's as i already put one in my epiphone coronet reissue in the bridge position but was curious of the sound in the neck. also is there any real difference tone wise in the paf pro regular spaced and F-spaced. or at least any noticable differences.

there is no noticable difference to my ears between f-spaced and non f-spaced pickups. You can mix match them all you want to , but some will argue till they are blue in the face that it matters .

f-spacing just reffers to the spacing difference bewteen fender/floyd rose style bridges and the gibson string spacing .

the paf pro in the neck is fat and round but still has good top end . You can pull pinch harmonics out of them .

the paf pro is one of my favorite neck pickups . As for it in the bridge , i didn't care for it at all .

i have it in the bridge position of my epi coronet, it's a maple body though, but i loved the clarity of it as i use quite a bit of effects and like the true tone of them. i used to have a guitar with a sd invader in it and ever since i have sworn off distortion pickups so i wanted a clean pickup.

another quick question maybe some of you can help with. i'm gonna replace the pots on my rg as they are scatchy, i was curious what you all use for caps with the paf pro's? i don't know if i should use the ones already in there or if there are better ones out there. any input would be appreciated
