Man, this pup has got me wanting it something fierce and all I've heard is from the Guitar World CD.

Has anyone purchased one? I'm thinking about buying a set for one of my 50 dollar Korean knock-offs. I'm really intrigued by these.

If you want a slammin' distorted tone they are great. I've got a set in a Ibanez VBT-700 and it's a great metal/rock guitar.

The clean sounds are ok with the volume backed off a bit, but distortion is definately where these pickups shine. Think EMG 81 but a bit more organic, with less compression and more dynamics.
