What I look for when matching up a set of HSH pickups is:
1) Tonal balance - I want the pickups to get progressively brighter from bridge to neck.
2) Output balance - I want the pickups to decrease in output from bridge to neck.
The Tone Zone/Pro Track/PAF Joe is a much fatter sounding set (judging each pickup seperately) than the Tone Zone/Chopper/Humbucker from Hell set. Conversely, the TZ/Chopper/HfH set is brighter and more articulate. Depending on the mood I'm in, I like one over the other some days.
All that being said, if you like your current pickups (PAF Pro and
Tone Zone), I think you'll like a Pro Track in between.
