Dimarzio Evo's


i wanna put one in my neck on my dimeslime with my dimebucker, is this pickup a passive or active, and does it sounds good??

It's a passive pickup.

It sounds terrible. Invest in a high quality set of Ibanez Powersounds.

Just kidding of course...I think it sounds great. You may not think so, though.

passive.

checkout the specs and tonal curves for the neck pup on Dimarzio's site. Its virtually identical to a PAF pro. Its not terribly trebly. Nice and flutely and smooth. The bridge PUP is a bit too muddy for my tastes because it has too high an output. Your mileage may vary.
