DiMarzio Mo' Joe (Higher output version of FRED)
Man I can't wait to try one of these...it's what I've been waiting for...for YEARS.
It's on their website in the "News" section.

Re: DiMarzio Mo' Joe (Higher output version of FRED)
Steve Blucher (DiMarzio's pickup designer) is a friend of mine, so I'll be getting one soon! Damn, a FRED with more balls, but it still keeps the clarity and nutso harmonics...I can't wait!

Sweet is the word! The Fred is one of the few pickups that make me like Basswood bodied guitars. Tighens up that wierd low end and makes the guitar sound ALIVE.
No offense to any basswood freaks!!!

Re: DiMarzio Mo' Joe (Higher output version of FRED)
Did Joe use the Mo' Joe on any of his shows? I wonder how it wld balance wif the Paf Joe in the neck compared to the old combo wif Fred?

According to DiMarzio's website, the new pickup balances better with the PAF Joe.
