Dimarzio Single Coil Suggestion

Hey there I have an Ibanez rg350mye that I'm putting a dimarzio evolution bridge and neck in, what dimarzio single coil would go well with the evolutions?

I like it......you won't get much info from Dimarzio other than it's made specifically to sit between Evo's an it's 160mv.

It makes nice split tones. does the job well.

Depends on what kinda of sound you want, but the ISCV2 (Evo single) balances very well with both the Evolution set and the Evo2 set.

Absolutely agree.

Actually the Jem and evo singles are all good. I also thought the S1 wasn't too bad as well.

Yep, if you are looking for something to balance with split evos, then the ISCV is the way to go. I don't particularly rate it as a single coil to use on its own, but for that application it is perfect.

I am in the same situation.. I am looking at either the set of evolutions or putting the evo 2 in bridge and evolution in neck. I am leaning toward the evo 2 in bridge and evolution in neck because I've heard it's not as shrill and thin as both evolutions. however, i still don't know what middle pup i should go with. i suppose i cant go wrong with the ISCV2, but i didnt know if anybody suggests something else, like the Area '61 or something. I will be putting these in an rg350 with basswood body if that helps at all.
