Well, without studying your pic, heres what I can tell you. With Dimarzios, white and black will always be soldered together, so that the humbucker operates in series (most common). Red is your hot connection, and green and bare, like you said, are grounded.
The red wire (hot) will go wherever the hot lead from the previous pickup went. The black and white, soldered together, can be wired to the pickup selector if you want
coil splitting options (5 way switches, etc). If not, you can leave it alone. Solder green and bare onto the top of one of the pots.
Various wiring diagrams are available everywhere. The
seymour duncan website has a ton, but the wire colors are different (color conversions are also easy to find).
