EMG H-S-H WIRING / 5 way switch

I was hoping that someone could help me figure out what switch I need for wiring up my new pickups. I got the EMG 81/85 setup in the neck and bridge and emg-sa in between. all of them are active, and I have it wired according to the diagram on emg's website. I haven't gotten the switch wired yet because the lady at the local music store sold me what I think may be the wrong one. It's a "superswitch" and it has about 26 unmarked tabs to solder wires to. the one in emg's picture has more like 8.

I just want 1 and 5 to give me full hums, 3 to be a full single, and blend 2&4 - Any ideas as to where I can get this info?

It's completely doable.. but you'll have to do some fancy wire jumping. Using a simple CRL 5-way switch would be a better option really. However, you won't be able to split the coils on the humbuckers. Positions 2 and 3 will end up being full humbucker+middle.
