EP1111 to replace standard 3-way?

So I bought an EP1111 with the intent of doing the JPM wiring trick, only now I'm going to be doing the JS wiring scheme. Can I still use the switch?

I'm not a guru when it comes to this sort of thing so I really have no idea where to start with this type of switch.
