Hi there... I've got a
3PS1SGAE5, the only Ibanez 5WAY switch anybody can get in my country (Chile).
My RG1527's switch was squeaking horribly so I replaced it first with a common 5 way switch but i wasn't able to get the "Neck HB, Neck Parallel, Both HB, Both Single, Bridge HB" combination beause of the switching layout inside the switch.
Then I went to the authorized tech service and bought the only 5WAY switch they'd got, the 3PS1SGAE5 originally meant for H-S-H combinations, but also compatible with H-H 5WAY wiring.
The thing is that given the switching layout of the common
3PS1SC5 and of the 3PS1SGAE5 are different I need to know which pins get conected in what position in order with the 3PS1SC5 to make my own schematic diagram.
I'd really appreciate If someone could find out with a tester how the pins get connected in each different position of the switchblade.
