Help installing emg zw set in Ibanez RG

Here's what I have:

EMG ZW set (81 & 85)

Ibanez RG2EX1 (HH with 3 way switch)

Here's the diagram I'm looking at:

Here's what my switch looks like:

The switches don't look the same to me and it's throwing me off.

Does any one have a better diagram???

that 14 tabs total? i havn't wired that switch or emgs before sorry, i sortof get the setup they show but not sure how to apply it to yours just yet..

its pretty much the same switch, the important thing to remember are the numbers shown in the diagram (1-8 ) just find out which is 1 and which is 8 on your one and should become apparent (sorry for the rather vauge answer)

I'm not familliar with that switch, but assuming it is nothing freaky:
Swap the wires on the switch like for like - disconnect the wire from the current neck pickup, replace it with the wire shown going to tab 8 on your diagram, bridge pickup as if it was tab 4, hot remains the same from the switch. Everything else is on the diagram is the same.

got the pups installed. they seem to be working good. the switch does what its supposed to. thanks!

i have the exact same guitar and i am just curious of how they sound. how do they compared to the stock, emg designed ones?
