Help Needed- installing pickups

Hey need some help installing new pickups I got. Im building a Jem and I got some evos to put in. However I just attached them to the pickguard, and both the neck and bridge are slanted. The neck one is slanted down towards the middle single coil, and the bridge is pointed towrads the middle also.

Any suggestion on how to straigten them out?

Ive heard you can bend the arms then screws go into but I would rather not do that unless I absolutely must.

thanks for the help

you mean slanted as in they're not like parallel with the neck? presume you're not talking about pickup height.

this happened to me too, except it's not that bad. i just left it because it doesn't affect the sound at all.

Re: Help Needed- installing pickups

This is what the guitar looks like fro the side. Neck \ - / Bridge] . Each of the dashes is a pickup, and the way it is slanted is how the pickup look, obviously not that drastic of a slope but best I could do. I did a terrible job of showing it with that attempt at a picture. But hopefully you get it. May just try putting foam in the cavity
