Help needed! RG570 w Fender dm50 switch

Hello! I bought recently an 1990 RG570PN, and I changed pickups to DiMarzio Breed (N) and Evo2 (B), middle is stock... But the problem is that the recent owner installed Fender DM50 5 way switch, which I haven't noticed since now, and since I did wiring according to DiMarzio schemes, you can only guess the result...

I tried to find some wiring schemes on Fender site, but they don't seem to work neither. So, can anyone please give me HSH wiring scheme with this switch? Tnx!!!

What exactly are you trying to do?

What diagram did you use from DiMarzio?

I used standrard DiMarzio HSH diagram... I'd put a link here, but I don't have enough posts to do that...
And almost every diagram I found on Fender site using 8 pole switch...
And none works! I just want to have a standarg HSH configuration with coil tap on positions 2 and 4.

Did you buy a hum-canceling center coil to go along with your new humbuckers?

I posted the diagram in the other thread (other guy with the DM50).

You would use the same diagram.

Single is Ibanez S1, stock for this guitar. It has red, white and ground...
I think I'll just go and buy DiMarzio switch...

Easy, this is your diagram.

http://www.dimarzio.com//media/diagrams/C.pdf

There are still 8 poles, just follow it along.

Yes, this is DiMarzio diagram. Doesn't work with the bloody switch!

Ok, if you want to replace the switch, you can do the regular 4/4 style, or if you want to replace the single, a "super switch".

I'll get DiMarzio regular 4/4 switch

But I don't understand why this fender's switch doesn't work?! That 4/4 sw should be some kind of a standard, right?

Re: Help needed! RG570 w Fender dm50 switch

Either style is common, but the inline is more common in the east.

The number of reasons why your current switch does not work (assuming it is the switch) are endless.

If you think you have it wired correctly, and it still does not work, double check everything and then try a new switch.

Re: Help needed! RG570 w Fender dm50 switch

I connected every pickup's hot wire directly on output and they all work. So, the pickups are ok. I managed to get (at one time) humbuckers on pos 1, 2, 4 & 5, but no single at all... I remember that some pins on switch were jumpered, but I can't remember which ones!
