Hello, im been playing my 1527 for alittle over a year now, and just purchase 2 Dimarzio blaze7's (both NECK possition)
I was told it was really easy to change pickups and wire them and that gettin it done at a proshop would be a waste of money, today I opened up the back of my guitar, and ya it would be really simple.... but all of the diamgrams ive found online and at dimarzios website dont have a diagram even close to what the Ibanez Special 5 way looks like.
if anyone can help me with wiring these pickups id be so gratefull!!! Im so fukin excited to get my pickups in and im lost on where to even start with this damn ibanez 5 way.
plus... it looks like the stock
neck pickup has 5 wires (same as dimarzio does) BUT the stock
bridge pickup only has 3 wires... so im also even more lost on how to wire 2 NECK possition blaze7's both with 5 wires.... I dont know where to sodder the extra two wires.
