Help with wiring.....

I have rewire my USRG30 to this diagram and the Tone Zone still sounds like a weak Tele. Not what I what.I want full blown humbucker mode.Any idea(s) what the problem could be?

Sounds like you've only wired one coil to the switch position for the bridge. That image you've attached is way to small to see clearly, but make sure you've wired the red wire on the Tone Zone to the bridge humbucker position on the switch.

Well something is not wired correctly. Made you've got a cold solder joint. To over the solder joints and reheat and make sure they cool with a shiny luster. If its dull then its a bad joint.
