HSH, 5-way 1 Volume and no tone?

I can't for the life of me find this wiring diagram. I've found them in HSS, but not HSH. Are there any cons to doing a setup like this? I was thinking of taking out the tone knob since I don't use it.

Re: HSH, 5-way 1 Volume and no tone?

It's the same wiring as the HSH with 1 vol, 1 tone except the tone control is removed. In other words, just disregard the wire that connects the tone pot from the volume and the ground wire.

The only con is that you won't have a tone control. That's about it. That and if you remove the tone pot entirely you have a rather unsightly hole in your guitar. On the plus side, you'll get a slight brighter signal.
