Ibanez RG Pickup Recommendations?

Hi, I just recently purchased an Ibanez RG350MDX, it has a basswood body and a maple neck/fingerboard. I play anything from Blues to Heavy Rock to 80's style Metal to Prog. I replaced the stock humbuckers with a Super Distortion bridge and Paf Pro neck, it sounds amazing, however, the middle single-coil just doesn't fit into the mix. I need something with more output that's good clean and with heavy distortion. I was looking at the Virtual Vintage Heavy Blues 2 and the Virtual Solo, can anyone give me any feedback on these two pickups or give me some good recommendations?

Re: Ibanez RG Pickup Recommendations?

Bump. To be more precise, I need a single-coil that can handle Blues/Heavy Blues(SRV, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix) but still be able to handle Neo-Classical stuff(Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Stump, Vinnie Moore). I have a Super Distortion in the bridge, PAF Pro in the neck.. The biggest thing to take into account here is that I have a Basswood guitar with maple neck and I dislike overly trebly pickups, it has to put out a silky smooth tone even on the highest frets. Any suggestions?

I have the same exact guitar with an Evo bridge, a Cruiser "single" coil, and a PAF Pro in the neck. The Cruiser sounds pretty good; fairly comparable to the samples on dimarzio.com if I remember right.
If you're going for the bluesy Hendrix/Clapton/SRV stuff but still want to shred like Yngwie I'd highly suggest an HS-3. Definitely my favorite single coil!
