Question

Ibanez V1,V2 and S1 fakes? Help?

I just recently ordered a V1,V2 and S1 for my project off the bay for $45. Just got them today and was a little iffy about them. They supposedly came off a 550. They have the V1 markings not the IBZ V1 markings. Can any one share some photos of the bottom of the "real" pickups? Or at least decsribe the bottom? Mine are silver and have the bottoms of the adjustable pole pieces on just one side, the rest of the bottom is blank.

Thanks!

Yep! Your the guy I bought 'em from! I remember them coming from Alabama! Thanks for posting that link! Now that i see the guitar I know they are real. I'm sorry It's just I get a little paranoid when I buy things off the bay, plus the other V1's and V2's I saw a little different. Thanks for the help! I'll be posting some positive feedback. I never would have imagined the guy I bought them from was a jemsiter!

Thanks!

haha...that's funny. Yeah in the early 90's they took off the "IBZ" prefix. I have the V1 and V2 in my 570 and I wouldn't think for a second they were fakes.
