Identify an unlabeled Seymour Duncan p'up ?

I mentioned in another thread that I rec'd a '94 RG550 guitar and it's had the bridge pickup replaced with a Seymour Duncan. My brother-in-law is the previous owner and he said it was a George Lynch Screaming Demon (or thinks it is). The 'face' doesn't have SD's name printed on it, unless it's worn off. The backside is stamped with SD's logo, but no model or part #. There is a sticker that's probably a assembler or QA type label.

I'm only asking/wondering for my own curiosity but was wondering if it can be ID'd at all ??

It was (3) characters, either all letters or all numbers. My first thought was an "inspection" type sticker or similar like is commonly done on an assembly line. Then again, who knows, but maybe it's the guy or girl who hand-assembled the entire thing !

That sticker may tell me what it is, so check it.
