js100 pickup repalement evo/fred


hi i know im gona put and evo in2 my js100 but i cant decide what other 2 put in i thought about a fred but i dont know the pickup that well(i will try 1 out sometime)

i play instamental guitar music u know the deal its kinda a mix of satchy kinda stuff with more of a sparadic feel.

i need a set that will kut above the backing but i can do balads and backin with as well

sugestions??

Seeing as this is a tech question rather than specifically about the JS guitar I'm gonna shift it over to the tech section where our tech-heads hang out.

And now that it's here...

I personally like the PAF Pro in the neck position. Other folks like the Air Norton in the neck.

The most obvious though is the Evolution neck pickup in the neck if you're going with the Evolution in the bridge.
