by the way, it was a very easy swap. all you have to do with the Duncan is this. make a note of where the v8 was connected to. red is hot, white is
coil tap. disconnect v8 and take out. install Duncan. solder white and red together for coil tap and solder them to where the v8's white one was.
now solder the bare and green wires and solder them to ground. next solder the black wire to where the red wire was. that's just about it.
you do have to take out the switch to get to the lugs, but its really easy to do.
