Neck pickup recommendations

I am getting ready to purchase a D-Sonic. I'd like to find a well rounded neck pickup to go with the D-Sonic but I'm kinda stumped. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Re: Neck pickup recommendations

Air Norton balances well, and is one of my favorites, of course this is very subjective and what one person loves you may hate.

I'd have to go and say PAF Pro. I'm going the same route but with my 7 string.

Re: Neck pickup recommendations

Petrucci used to use an Air Norton in the neck of his guitars, he now uses a custom neck pickup that can only be purchased if you buy his signature Erne Ball Music Man.

The PAF Pro is a great all-around pickup, it's my favorite neck humbucker. Although, what I (and others) like may be TOTALLY different from what you want and like.
