Need a pot with built in switch.

I'm planning to mod my 1570, but since its a rear routed guitar, I dont want to have to drill into the wood to install extra switches. I was to change my pots so that they're also a push pull switch, so that when the volume pot is pulled out only one of the coils on the neck pickup is active and so that when the tone pot is pulled up only one of the coils on the bridge is active. I know that this can be done with push-pull pots, but it seems like too much of a hassle. What i'm looking for are those switches you see on fenders S-1 switching system, where theres a button on the actual knob. Anyone know where to get those?

i dont know much about the s1 fender switches but wiring up push pull pots isn't that hard . the only thing about replacing the volume pot is you have to unsolder all the ground wires , that is the hardest part .

Try getting a replacement S1 switch from a Fender dealer.

Re: Need a pot with built in switch.

If you read the first post, he's looking for one of the Fender S1 style pots, not a push-pull.

But still, those are good links to have.
