Need Help Wiring H-S-H Dimarzios

I'm wiring a Dimarzio Hum-Cancelling Single in a H-S-H config with a 5way Mega Switch. Dimarzio's diagram for the Single Coil shows 5 wires (the 5th I guess is a bare ground?) with white going to ground, red/green going to pos. 2 & 4 on one set of lugs, and black spanning 2,3,4 on an other set of lugs.

My middle single (Dimarzio Area '58 ) PU has 4 wires - the white/black are soldered together (from the factory) and only green and red wire left for connections. Which wire(s) go to the switch (and to what lugs), and which goes to ground?

I'm wiring for the following:
Pos1 - Neck Full
Pos2 - Neck (south) and Mid
Pos1 - Mid Full
Pos2 - Bridge (south) and Mid
Pos1 - Bridge Full

I'm confused. Can anyone help? Maybe even a diagram?

It's the Dimarzio style megaswitch (from guitarelectronics.com).
As I'm looking at it, I think the red wire would span lugs 2,3,4, and the green would go to ground, therefore the whole pickup would be hot when in any of those positions. Right??

that should be right... green as ground to volume and red to cover 2,3,4. White/Black are not soldered to anything.
