Need to fix guitar wiring

I have an esp ltd mh-100-mq and I ordered a GFS pickup for it. I tried to install the pickup myself but I cant figure it out without a lot of ground buzz, no matter what I do. It has a volume pot and a tone pot and a 3 way les paul style selector.. I cant figure it out, please help. Also, how much would it cost to get the wiring fixed at a guitar store, at least an average cost, and if you cant answer this then dont answer.

theres tons of diagrams online. fix it yourself and save a few bucks.

if your'e sure that you have wired it right, try re-soldering it again, you may have a cold solder joint on the ground wire.
