paul gilbert uses his tone zones wired in parallel?


I was told by dimarzio that he does indeed use two TZ's in this guitar

but they are wired parallel?

Nope, its standard "jem" wiring minus the tone pot...

perhaps Paul wires his guitar pickups specifically in parallel, the production models all get the same wiring off the factory line though.

I do remember reading a lot of interviews about Paul running his pickups in parallel a lot though so it's very possible he still does.

He USED to wire them in parallel, back in the OLD Racer X days. And yes, those 90th PGM's came with TZ's. Not wired in parallel.
