Pickup polarity

I have a RG1550 which now has 2 dimarzio hb and a Ibanez S1 singlecoil in the middle. I will swap the S1 for another, normal polarity singlecoil, and the bridge hb for an Anderson HN3.
Now, i wonder if the S1 is reverse polarity or not?
If it is reversed, i will get phase issues in position 2/4. If not, i could just put in the nes singlecoil normally, put in the Anderson with regards to color codes, and all should be fine, am I right?
Also, anyone know if Anderson pups are wound as the dimarzios, well, except that the color codes may differ some?
Thanks!
