Pickup suggestions for my pgm 301

Hey there folks, first time, long time.
I posted this somewhere else, here, but I think this is the place to do it.

I bought a pgm 301 about a month ago, and I love it, I love playing it, I love recording with it, I love the way it looks.

Live, I have always been a les paul guy, and the adjustment to the live tone is taking some time.

I would like to get some different pickups for it, to beef it up and fatten it up.

Any suggestions good people? I have no idea whwere to start, Ibanez pick-ups, burst buckers?

Please help!

Matt

For the best results it's suggested that you start the same topic at least 3 times in three different forums.

dont quote me on this, look into it but I think the PAF's in the PGM are wired in parallel..

might help to rewire them to serial - it beefs the sound up a bit..

personally I love the paf's - with way

super distortion has more output than the tonezone, have you decided to put tonezone in neck? check the guy in youtube his pickup set up is this pafpro(b) tonezone(n) its really sounds good! esp. the tonezone in neck. Also one of paul gilbert guitar the orange pgm with maple top, has both tone zone (H-H).. experiment yourself.. You can do that set up too... superdistion(B) and tonezone(N).. that is fully blown setup! more beef! more bass! more rock n roll!
