Pickups and Wiring for a Brian May sound?

I know there were signature DiMarzios out some time back, but i dont think ill be able to get them now...

Anyway, whats the secret behind his sound in the 70s?

burns tri-sonics! dunno if you can get them as retro fit models

Not an easy thing to.

And yeah, Tri-Sonics... Those are pretty big though and may not fit in your pickup cavity routing.
