Question about capacitor in dimarzio wiring...

Hi!
I'm wiring 3 strat-sized humbuckers together in a Strat. I have a question though. In the Dimarzio wiring diagramme http://www.dimarzio.com/media/diagrams/A2.pdf
it says something about a cap and resistor on the volume pot. I can't see it on the diagramme unless it's the one on the wire from the neck pickup...
My question is if I need this and where I should place it?
I'm very new at this but so I hope you guys can help me :-)

If you are you asking about the 560pf cap and the 300k resistor:

wire them in parallel and connect them to the left and middle lugs of the vol pot. (if the lugs are facing down like in the diagram)
