question...evolution in rg570

first time switching a pickup...got a dimarzio evolution I want to replace the ibanez V8 bridge pickup. What is the best way to wire it?

Do I solder the dimarzio red wire to where the V8's red wire is, and the dimarzio white wire to where the V8's white wire is, then solder the bare wire to ground? Or solder the dimarzio black and white wires together, red wire to red wire, and the green and bare wires soldered to ground?

thanks for you help

Pretty sure it's like this(can't remember exactly):

Dimarzio -> Stock

Red -> Red

Black and White -> White

Green and Bare -> Ground
