Dear Jemsite!
I just bought a Breed pick-up yesterday and i attempted at wiring it in last night, only to confronted by a wiring diagram i had yet seen. The guitar in question is a Jackson Kelly KE3 pro series. I was trying to sell it for a while, and since i couldn't get anywhere near half of what i paid for it and it is mint, i decided to make it more usable. So i installed a Original
Floyd Rose bridge with a nice thick and long trem block for that extra sustain. I had just recently purchased and installed some Evo's in my Ibanez RGT42dx and it was the first time i got to play the evo's for more than 20 minutes. I was impressed, but i decided to have a guitar that i could have a different sound. I already have a super strat B.C. Rich loaded with a
Super Distortion ,and what i really wanted corresponded a lot to what the Breed produced. Cha Ching.
Anyways, this is the current configuration on the guitar. It's the first time i mess around with a guitar that has only a 3 way switch and volume and also seymours for that matter.
Anyways, to install the breed, would i simply need to copy the pattern on this diagram, or would i need to do it differently ? Like i said above, i thought this was odd as i had never wired a guitar this way. Or perhaps, it is just because this is the first time i touch a three way with one volume. At any rate, i hope someone can enlighten me.
Here is the diagram
