Rich and Co. (hope it's cool that I branched this off as a new thread),

Any idea what the wiring diagram looks like for a USRG30? Is this somewhere on the website and I missed it. Also, can you tell me what each of the 5 positions do in terms of the 5 way switch? I think I MIGHT be able to figure out position 1 and 5.

Also, any idea if you can purchase identical switches to this 5 way through someone OTHER than Ibanez? Any idea what part number/manufacturer that would be?

i have no idea about the wiring diagram, ibanez went for a purely custom design with these models. can't remeber, but the coils per position are in the 96 catalog i think. they come with the 4 pole vlx91/otax switch. i have a love/hate relationship with this switch. so many options, but trying to draw one from scratch is a pain. i designed a custom switch for my rgt.
1. neck hum in series
2. 2 inner coils from both hums(JPM middle)
3. neck outer coil(like a strat neck single)
4. same as 2
5. bridge hum in series
