Replacing V2 Pickup with IBZUSA F3

Hi there!
I just got a used IBZUSA F3 Pickup off ebay and I'm now working on putting it into my guitar.

The V2 has three cables; Red, White and Silver-ish (I'm assuming that one is ground plus the minus pole)

The F3 has FIVE cables:
Red, white, green, black and ground.

Using the colorcodes at http://www.guitarelectronics.com/colorcodes.html and assuming the IBZUSA colors are the same as Dimarzio colors I came up with the following:

1) Red Cable: put it where the V2 red cable was
2) Green: put it where V2 white was
3) White, Black + Ground: Solder together and put it where the silver V2 Cables were.

So, I'd appreciate it when some of you guitar gurus could check this before I grab my soldering Iron.. Thanks in advance!!

You've got a couple of the wires crossed there..

Should go like this:

Red - Red of V2 pickup(or hot)
Black and White - White of V2(for coil tap)
Green and Bare(Ground) - Ground of V2(back of one of the pots)
