rg 1570 prestige new pickups

so i have a rg 1570 with stock pickups v7/v8 in it and i want to change them. money is major obstacle so i was looking at lesser known brands and came across these warman stealth and stealth 2 pickups on ebay. i cant put the link up so just google it. the questions are

are they any good. will they fit my guitar and whats 5 wires all about then?

Don't bother spending money on swapping pickups. Try my magnet swapping mod. Turns the V series humbuckers into seriously good pickups! To to my blog http://www.lonephantom.com and check out the DIY section.

I looked at the pickups to see if i could have a go at the magnet swap but theres a lot if wax in there and i didn't want to disturb it too much.
Are there 2 magnets in there ?
