I got a Dimarzio PAF PRO and
Dimarzio Super Distortion for my RG350. I want to take all 3 stock pickups out and put in the PAF PRO in neck position and
Super Distortion in bridge position and leave the middle single coil empty. Can somebody help me through wiring them in?! Soldering won't be a problem. I just want to make sure the wiring is done correct. I can leave the stock 5-way switch in for coil tapping, right? I have a wiring diagram - RG350 HH Custom split diagram. Just need alittle help to make sure everything goes fine.
Also, I know I'll have to take the strings off and then restring it. Should I put something behind the trem.? Do the same thing that you'll find on here about blocking the trem. for detuning/downtuning? Thanks in advance.
