Tonezone Airnorton ?

Hey guys

Just got a set of TZ AN installed in my guitar , and i was just wondering what height you guys have them set at? I had then TZ flush with the pickguard and the AN a mil or 2 higher , for a few days , then today i raised them a bit more ... These are my first passive pickups in like 7 years so just trying to gauge whats the usual way to do it

Re: Tonezone Airnorton ?

I think you could easily raise them even more. I tend to raise my humbuckers so that the distance between the strings and the pup, when holding down on the 24th fret, is somewhere between 1-3 mm. It sounds good in my opinion. I have an Air Norton and a Steve's Special.
