micro (u) = 10^-6
nano (n) = 10^-9
pico (p) = 10^-12
hence your missing a zero there
330pF = 0.00033uF
yup the lower the value cap the higher the frequency range it allows through.. so a 330pF will let a little less mid-high frequencies escape to teh output then a 1nF (0.001uF).. the frequencies that get through will be three times higher then with a 1nF. (an octave an a bit)
