volume knob problem need help!!!

i need help fixing my volume knob i just dont know what to do and where to start... ok here's the problem, everytime i turn up my volume from 0 to 10 or turning off from 10 to 0.. its sounds like a frying pan. i really need to fix this badly coz' i do a lot of volume swell.. as in most of the time.. hope anyone can help me.. thanks! cheersss!

It's dirty. Get some contact cleaner from an electronic supply. There should be some small opening in the pot to spray it in. Spray and work it 0-10 over and over to clean. If it doesn't clean, replace.

i did that already, i sprayed it so many times.. and it seems like nothing changed. Replace em? you mean the whole volume knob? i dont know how to change them, can anyone guide me? is there any other options?
