What passive pickup sounds the most like an EMG 707?

I replaced a Dimarzio New 7 with a Blaze, and its too similar to its previous sound, just a bit better. I really like the definition of individual notes and the beginning of a picked string, especially when alternate picking fast rhythms.

Any input will be GREATLY appreciated!

Do a search for Lundgren - they're the pups Meshuggah are currently using. I reckon that's the closest you'll get (personally, I think the Lundgrens sound 100 times better anyway).

Ok, thanks for the tip. I guess I'll have to listen to some of their stuff too!
