Where to place a vintage PAF on an RGT42DX?

Rummaging through my parts box, i found a vintage DiMarzio PAF (from the early 80's!) which I never got around to using.

My new-used RGT42DX has the stock pickups, which sound rather dead/bland to my ears.
I'm wondering if I should replace one of the pickups with the PAF, and if so which one, neck or bridge, INF1 or INF2?

Or - just wait until i can afford Bare Knuckle Nailbombs, Seymour Duncan JB's or SH14s or one of the other pickups that are well-reviewed on jemsite

I'd stick it in the neck - PAFs in RG bridge positions always sounded a bit too tinny for me.

EDIT - Are you sure it's not a PAF pro? If so they're awesome in both positions - go with the bridge first.

I had been leaning that way after reading a bunch of posts on jemsite and also checking out the DiMarzio pickup selector app (very useful), so thanks for the confirmation!

Picked up a Seymour Duncan JB for the bridge position. If either of these pickups don't do the trick, my next step will be a Bare Knuckle.

The pickup is a PAF, I'm almost certain. I've misplaced but do remember the insert (there's no marking on the pickup itself) - bought it in 1982, and remember a few ads in Guitar Player for the thing too.
