Both are great, but there's something about the paf pro which I like, very hard to put in words though

Sonofzion both votes were mine, but you definitely can't go wrong with any of these two pups, there are both ultimately meant for the neck position

Paf Pro is not muddy, a bit bassey. If you want same feel with less bass the Paf Joe is my favorite neck pup.

Not muddy at all even with the bass turn to full with full distortion on

I would say it's hard to decide which is "more good", if perhaps you had said better then i would go with pro as well

The clearest sounding neck pups at the Humbucker From Hell (which will give you that Yngwie "bubbly" tone) with the PAF Joe close behind.

I've had PAF Pros in guitars and now I have both the Humbucker From Hell and PAF Joe so I speak from experience on this matter.
