Wiggly 5-way position

I just pulled out my Jem like I do everyday, but today I noticed that the 5-way position switch wiggles slightly side-to-side. The thing is, I don't remember if the switch was always like this or not, but I don't think so. This may have occurred from the constant inserting and removing from my gig bag, but I was wondering if anybody else ever had the same problem and whether there's a way to fix it. Sorry for the amatuer question, but I've never taken apart a guitar in my life!

It's time for a hard case... too bad the UV case isn't sold here...

Did you try tightening the 2 screws?

Nope, that didn't do it... You're talking about the 2 screws by the switch on the top side, right? It still wiggles side-to-side about 2~3mm. Darn it, I hope I don't have to take the trem and pickguard off to fix the problem...

OH WELL, IT WAS WORTH A SHOT aS LONG AS IT'S NOT MAKING ANY NOISE IT'S STILL ok, UNLESS IT BUGS YOU ENOUGH TO REPLACE IT (UNDER WARANTY?) (Caps locked and I'm too tired to change it)

Thanks for your help though. It's not a major problem but it does bug me 'cause I never noticed it before! Oh well, I guess I'll get used to it...

ps It's still under warranty but you think Ibanez would replace it for such a minor problem?
