Wiring a super switch for a strat?

I have a Stew-Mac super switch lying around and I'm trying to figure out how to get it to work on a strat with standard wiring. It's all so confusing.

Edit: To make things more confusing, I've come up with a way to make use of the switch. I'm using a Dimarzio HS-2 in the bridge, so how would I wire it so its: N/N-M/M/B(single)/B(hum)

Based off of a standard fender diagram, how would this translate to a fender switch?
