Wiring Diagram Help! connect the dots for me! Easy!

Hey guys. Wiring up a project guitar.
Here is the image. If you could edit it in paint and bring the wires to where they are supposed to go that would be great but if you want to just put it in text thats amazing as well.
basically, Wiring a Dimarzio PAF Pro(Bridge) and a Dimarzio YJM in the Neck. One volume no tone. Fender 5 way switch.

Yeah, a device I use to check continuity.

I'm so used to a Hum Single Hum with a 5 way switch, that I'm not gonna be much help on this.

1(Bridge): Paf Pro
2: Pafpro+YJM
3: Nothing(kill)
4: YJM + Paf (again i guess)
5: YJM.

Really anything as long as the bridge position is just PAF and the neck is just YJM.
