Wiring Gurus please help!

I need some help with a custom wiring schematic.

The guitar is an Ibanez RG320.
Pickups are DiMarzio Evolution neck and bridge.
1 volume, 1 tone, .047 cap
I have at my disposal as switches, CRL standard 5 way, and the 4 Pole 5 way as sold by AllParts.

The pickup selections wanted are as follows, Position 1 is being referenced as the traditional Bridge position.

1: Bridge, standard Series
2: Inner coils, hum-cancelling
3: Outer Coils, hum-cancelling
4: Neck humbucker, parallel mode
5: Neck, Standard Series

If it makes a difference for the physical ability to wire, selections 2, 3 and 4 could be switched around.

Thanks!
