Wiring help! 2 hums, 3 way blade, 1 vol

I'm fixing the electronics on my friend's 540pii and it is pretty much impossible to tell how it used to be wired up. Can anyone help?

Both humbuckers are the DiMarzio-made IBZUSA pickups with 4 conductors. The 3 way blade has 8 leads on it.

Also, what is the middle position supposed to do? Turn both pickups on? If that's the case, I think I would rather wire it up like a JPM so it has a nice hum-cancelling single coilish sound.

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated (by at least two people!)

And does anyone know if this thing was supposed to come with a 500k or 250k volume pot? Thanks in advance!

it would be more normal to go for 500k pots in a humbucking guitar

If you had a pic of the switch then I could draw you a diagram for whatever pickup config you wanted

Best wishes

Just curious since there's no tone pot, I heard there might be even more high-end using a 500k for the volume.

Thanks!

You know what, I just helped myself.

First time Korn's ever been good for anything. lol (the split coil config is easy enough to figure out now):

And for future reference for the Internet, RG565 owners, etc...

(if the poles are 1-8 from left to right)

Neck position turns on pole 3 and the middle two

Bridge position turns on pole 6 and the middle two

The middle position turns on pole 2,7, and the middle two
