wiring problem - Schecter guitar

I have this Schecter Omen Extreme 6.
I have changed the default bridge pickup with an X2N.
Red wire goest to 3 way switch
Green and bare are soldered to the volume pot
Black and white are soldered together to the middle leg of Push - pull, tone pot.
The problem is that with this wiring the output is weaker than of the neck schecter pickup.
Anyways, I want a Dual Sound wiring for X2N so I would be able to switch using my push - pull pot from series witing to paralel wiring.

I am a n00b in Electronics so that's why I have the strong feeling I didn't do the right wiring at all. Can some one help me?
Thank you very much!

Re: wiring problem - Schecter guitar

you may have to switch the red and green wires on your X2N. i put one in my strat and of course the standard way was out of phase. i reversed those two wires, and that fixed it. or, i could be way off. good luck.
