the green models are not stocked and have to be custom wound when they get a chance. Nothing special otherwise just they dont stock them in alot of the colors.
I was going to do purple and green bobbins but decided on just green..

Cool. It's nice to see that they do custom colors that quickly. That's service.

Yes, it is reassuring. I'm going to order an F spaced Air Zone and F spaced Humbucker from Hell, both in white in the next day or two. I hope my turnaround is that quick.
BTW, did you buy these direct?

Hmm... One week? And why does every dealer I ask tell me it'll take 2 to 4 weeks to get me a black Blue Velvet?

What mid are you going to use? In green too?
I'm curious because I think when I can I'm going to pick up a
Tone Zone
and
Air Norton
for my son's RG270DX, but didn't want to leave the psnds mid pickup in. I have a Duncan Hotrail that has came out of his RT450's mid position, but do not know if it would be a good mid pickup with the TZ/AN combo.

these were ones I sent in to replace other pickups I bought. I had a Fred/PAF Pro but didnt care for the Fred so I used the 30 day exchange they offer..
