Amazon

I love Amazon. DVD/Blu Ray prices are usually super low and shipping is always $2.98. Unlike "that" auction site that might have a low price and $10 shipping.

But it strikes my as funny when I see a page like this:

Who is paying $41 for the same disc that's $25, and sold by amazon itself, not just a seller on amazon? I see these way high prices all the time and find it odd that they anyonw would pay more than they have too.

This is for Madagascar 2 bluray

Re: Amazon

I wonder the same thing, but with regard to "stores" on the infamous auction site. It's ridiculous. There are so many guitars on there that aren't collectible, they're current models that you can find NEW on dealer's walls, but they're hundreds of dollars more on the site.

I think sellers are just trolling for an ignorant buyer. But who these days is that dumb or ignorant? I mean, if you can figure out how to use a computer to buy something online, wouldn't you also be smart enough to check a price from another source?

Baffles me too.

Re: Amazon

Funny thing on that article is that the most expensive also has the lowest % rating

Sounds a bargain

Re: Amazon

I always buy my CDs used, and from Amazon. Great deals there, and I don't feel guilty about getting them free from torrents or anything. I don't see it here, but sometimes those really expensive ones are limited pressings from Japan or something, or have added songs or something. there's usually, but not always, a reason why some are just crazy expensive compared to the rest.
